Leave your bag out by 7am on pickup day. We collect it, and Stripe automatically bills you for your next collection.

You pay $31 upfront for your first collection. On each pickup day, Stripe automatically bills you for your next collection. Simple, transparent billing. Any discounts you qualify for will appear automatically on your invoice.
Cancel anytime with 10+ days notice before your next pickup - completely free, no penalties. Just reply to our SMS notification or contact us. When you cancel, your next collection date just gets pushed forward (4 or 8 weeks depending on your plan). You'll always have a future collection scheduled - it just moves out when you need it to.
We service 37 suburbs across Brisbane and surrounding areas. When you sign up, we'll confirm if your address is in our service area. We're constantly expanding our routes based on demand.
Garrison cycles determine how often we collect: Garrison 4 is every 4 weeks, Garrison 8 is every 8 weeks, and Garrison 12 is every 12 weeks. Choose based on how much garden waste you generate. The price per collection is the same ($31), so pick what works best for your property.
Your service continues unchanged! When you complete the new checkout process, just add your previous pricing or discount details in the "Special Instructions" field. We'll honor all existing arrangements. The main difference is you'll now manage billing through Stripe instead of our old system.
